Office Hours & Location

I am in the office on the following days:

• Tuesday            8am - 5pm
• Wednesday    8am - 3pm
• Thursday         8am - 3pm

My office is located approximately 3 miles west of I-25 on 136th Avenue and is easily accessible from Westminster, Broomfield, Northglenn, Thornton, and Highway I-25.  The address is:

General Directions: Get to 136th Avenue.  The office approximately 3 miles west of I-25, on the north side of 136th Avenue before you reach Sheridan Boulevard.  From I-25, you will go through 7 lights before turning north (right) into The Chateaux Business Complex (tan, stucco buildings).  Once in the office complex, take your first right into the parking lot on the right. Our suite is tucked in the corner, next to Chateaux Dental.  You will see my name on the window.  As you enter the waiting room, you will notice six doorbells on the diagonal wall in front of you. Please ring the bell labeled "Erin". This notifies me of your arrival and I will come to get you at your scheduled appointment time.
