Fees and Insurance
I charge $110 for a 50-minute session and $130 for a one hour session. In addition, I provide a sliding-fee (reduced fee) scale on a case-by-case basis. Clients are expected to pay at the time of the appointment and I accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
Currently, I accept the following insurance plans:
- Anthem BlueCross/BlueShield
If your plan is not listed, please check back to determine if your insurance is accepted in the future. In addition, I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans, and am happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your flexible spending account, Health Spending Account (HSA), or insurance carrier who may reimburse you for working with an out-of-network provider.
I ask that you provide 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment at no cost to you. This allows me an opportunity to fill your appointment time with another client. If adequate notice of cancellation is not provided, or you do not show up, my standard fee of $100 will be assessed for that session. Unless otherwise negotiated, you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session prior to being able to schedule another session. Please be advised that insurance does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
