I have 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults having problems with alcohol and other drugs as well as mood and anxiety disorders. My experience also includes helping people work through issues with relationships, grief & loss, conflict, stress, life transitions, and issues related to motherhood such as difficulty coping, work/life balance, stress management, sense of self, and assertiveness. A wide variety of people with diverse backgrounds have sought my help and I have been described as genuine, creative, easy to talk to, and straightforward.
